Potts Point Retail Strata Building Sold for $1million

A retail strata building operating as a restaurant/bar in the centre of Potts Point on Sydney’s city fringe has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1 million.
The tenanted Victorian terrace at Lot 1 & 2/7 Kellett Street, Potts Point, was sold by James Griffiths of Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs to a private investor.
James Griffiths said the 150 sqm property which has two retail strata lots was sold on behalf of an undisclosed vendor.
He said the property has been operating as a popular restaurant/bar for more than 15 years and boasts a restaurant liquor license and an approval to trade from 7am to 3am.
James Griffiths said the property is located among Sydney’s newest and highly regarded restaurants and bars.
“The building has an internal area of 140 sqm with a 10 sqm on title alfresco courtyard with rear lane access making it easy for deliveries,” he said.
