John has spent over five years in real estate, initially cutting his teeth in residential leasing and being awarded Employee of the Year in his final year.
Quickly finding his niche and passion in Commercial leasing, John was attracted to Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs Director Grant Whiteman’s experience, tenacity and the hands-on, busy office team he has founded.
John is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who are looking to either lease or sell their commercial properties. In particular, John brings the energy and enthusiasm of his residential real estate days to achieve the best outcome for his Commercial clients, ensuring he is not your stereotypical sales agent, but instead he focuses on building strong relationships both with his landlords and tenants. His aim is to make life easier for both parties - to understand their background, ambitions and goals and be available 24/7 as their key point of contact.
On a daily basis, John works with his clients to lease retail stores, office suites, storerooms, medical premises, warehouses, industrial assets, showrooms and residential with commercial attached. He has a track record of leasing stores that other agents are unable to.
John also assists his clients to prevent or minimise vacancies between tenancies, working across different cultures and commercial asset classes on a daily basis.
