With extensive experience across commercial, industrial and asset management, Tracey Rom brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-focused approach to her role as Senior Commercial Property Manager at Ray White Double Bay.

Tracey began her career in property after studying Property Economics at university, attracted by the dynamic nature of the industry and the opportunity to combine her interests in business, property and people. Since then, she has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high-performing assets and fostering long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and industry stakeholders.

Over the course of her career, Tracey has developed significant expertise in property operations, stakeholder management and asset performance. Her proactive approach, attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients have driven her success.

Prior to joining Ray White Double Bay, Tracey spent more than a decade managing industrial assets across Western Sydney and Inner South Sydney, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of properties and tenant profiles. She now applies this expertise to commercial assets throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Inner South, where she continues to expand her market knowledge and deliver outstanding results for her clients.

Having grown up in Bondi Beach, Tracey has a strong connection to the Eastern Suburbs and a genuine appreciation for the area's vibrant business and community landscape. She enjoys working with a diverse range of landlords and tenants and thrives on the variety and challenges that commercial property management provides.
