Zorick Toltsan is Principal and Managing Director of Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs, with more than 15 years of experience in commercial property sales, leasing and commercial real estate advisory.

Specialising in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and City Fringe, Zorick also transacts across other markets, drawing on his broad industry knowledge and experience across retail, office and industrial property, mixed-use investments, development sites, land subdivision, apartment blocks, hospitality venues, accommodation assets and aged care.

Zorick takes a proactive, commercially focused approach, combining market insight with established relationships across the investor, developer, business owner and tenant markets. He looks beyond conventional marketing to identify opportunities, engage the right people and create competition to maximise value for his clients.
